In the current market scenario, too many companies and offering the same products but what created the differentiation is the way the product is designed for the needs of the customers, i.e. why an I-phone is much desired compared to MI or Lenovo mobile phones.

The Product Design Program at IID provides in-depth knowledge and training in design and process used to create a product. While the curriculum emphasizes on the integrated form and function, it also focuses on idea generation to commercialization of a product design. The program teaches students to observe users in real world settings, evaluate their needs and enables them to design intuitive products accordingly. The program is facilitated by the use of digital tools that helps the learners visualize, analyse and design products that are globally acceptable.
